What we collect
What you tell us in the quote form. When you use "Get a quote," we collect your answers about the project (type of project, budget range, timing and location), plus your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also record whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages.
What you type in the chat assistant. If you use the chat on this site, we receive your messages so the assistant can answer them. The assistant only needs your questions. Please don't type sensitive personal information into it.
What you send us directly. If you email, call or message us, we keep that conversation and any details you include so we can reply and do the work.
Your client portal. If you hire us, we create a client portal account with your name, company, email and, if you add it, your mobile number. It holds your production's status, shoot details, updates from our team and your invoices. You sign in with a one-time code we email you.
Basic technical information. Like every website, this one is delivered through servers that automatically see things like your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. We don't use that information to identify you or build a profile of you.

How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, put together a quote and match you with the right package.
- To follow up about your project by email, or by text if you opted in.
- To schedule, produce and deliver work you hire us for, and to send invoices.
- To answer questions you ask the chat assistant about our services.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of spam.
We don't use your information for anything unrelated to your project, and we don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Text messages
If you check the box in the quote form, or turn on text updates in your client portal, you agree to receive text messages from Studio Infinite about your project, such as your quote, scheduling, production updates and invoices.
- Message frequency varies with your project.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of hiring us.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Chat conversations are kept only briefly, long enough for the assistant to follow along, and aren't used to identify you. We keep inquiry details for as long as we're talking with you about a project. If we work together, we keep project and billing records as long as we need them for the work and for tax and legal reasons. If we don't end up working together, we delete inquiry details within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices
- See it. Ask what information we have about you.
- Fix it. Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it. Ask us to delete your information, unless we have to keep a record by law.
- Stop messages. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us you don't want any more emails.
To do any of this, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to work on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
